Bullying is defined as: to abuse and mistreat someone vulnerable by someone stronger. Bullying has recently increased majorly. There has been many stories on news and on social media about kids commiting suicide and other effects. Bullies should be held criminally responsible for their actions because, first bullying is against the law, second it can affect their victims education alas being young isn't an exception for bullying. The evidence indicates that bullies should be punished for their actions. In fact, research reveals that, “...announced that they would make bullying a class of harassment. So now we can legally prosecute kids for being bullies.” In other words, the author is saying that bullying is against the law. The evidence highlights that bullies should be prosecuted or punished with a fine because bullying is harassment and breaks the law. This matters because we shouldn’t let kids get away with breaking laws. Based on this evidence, one can conclude that bullies are being punished.
