Why Should We Be Considered To Form Personal Identity?

Identity
Identity is a character’s personality of an individual or a group that links together by different threads, to develop and recognise personal identities which can change as we are exposed by influences in our surroundings. Different threads are the creation to identity itself which include gender, ethnicity, culture and other representatives. Each person will have different identities as they have different ideas and threads so represent them. As for me, I am a 18 year old asian male, a migrant, a christian, a good friend, a leader and student. With these different threads it has assembled to form my identity as we have different identities from my upbringings which would let me have different morals and beliefs to other people. Our identity would not exist if everyone is the same, we have different threads to form our own identities.

Context is very broad as it can be seen as more than geographical or political. But it can be seen as families, historical, social. We can bring different context to ourselves as there are different circumstances that can affect on the way we think as our threads is different to others. In my life when i’m at home with my family, I am a calm and respectful person and a caring brother. But I act differently with my friends as I can be comfortable and loosen up or be the irresponsible one. That is still my identity but at home I will be seen as a calm person but with my friends it can be the other way around as I have more freedom with
