Why should I stay in a honors class? Well, I believe that I have the potential and ability to succeed in any honor classes. To stay in a honor class requires many qualities such as trustworthiness, responsibility, respectfulness, and willingness. Even with these simple, but important traits, I know I can stay in honors.

First of all, I am very trustworthy. I would never copy or cheat on someone else's work. Their work is their work, and my work is my work. I should achieve my goals on my own. It wouldn't be fair to copy someone else's work and get an A for something u didn't even work hard on. I should always be one-hundred percent me.

Secondly, I am very organized and responsible. If you want to be a honors student and survive as one,

Additionally, the Honors students want to be in a more academically challenging environment and the professors want to teach these students who are hungry for knowledge. With the smaller settings, there are less distractions and more individual attention which makes a difficult topic easier to comprehend. Also, I plan to take advantage of the Center for Undergraduate Research Opportunities since I have been accepted to the College of Engineering.…

My interest in the honors college derives from the environment that I have grown up in since my sixth grade year. Like many of those applying to the honors college, I was separated from many of my peers into a group of children who showed an advancement in intellectual ability at an early age. This allowed us to work together with suitable partners to help each other learn and develop new ways of thinking. The honors college will serve much of the same purpose and allow me to maximize my learning experience while at Purdue. I do, however, believe that this gives individuals like myself an unfair advantage over my peers.…

My definition of cheating is not being capable of coming up with your own idea. On this essay I'm mainly going to talk about why I think is wrong to cheat or use someone else's work whether you give them credits for it or not. Although some people think that cheating is okay or not bad, I like to define it as not trying at all or not being capable enough to be successful on your own, even if you did justified or not. It is never right to take someone else’s idea for your own benefit. If the person gets caught, I think they should not be forgiven or excused for cheating.…
