The advantage of using technology in the classroom is the flexibility and adaptability to differentiated learning. Technology is a tool that can help us to control and adapt to our environment. Now students at early stage started suing technology I think student know more than their parents. I can give an example when my daughter was in kindergarten they gave them a website they can read book at their level. The program is Raz-Kids. My daughter never use a computer but when I put her the program she started moving the mouse like you go sing in mommy here and put the pass word here, I was so in shock like oh my god now this kids are an expert in computers. Now she’s in first grade and she’s is in the stage that wants to explore the internet and search for games videos etc. Even now children at early age just grab their parent’s phone and started pressing buttons, that’s how children are learning to explore. I know as an experience some children don’t pay attention to a lot of things around them but if they see technology they will try to work on until they can figure it out how to use it. Learning about the Johnson Hierarchy theory that stated that before one can have the important thing in life such as love, self-esteem, or fulfillment, some basic needs, such as food and safety, must be satisfied. A lot of teachers are not well informed and trained to use a variety of tools. In order to help other we need to get trained before incorporate the technology in the classroom. We need to have the adequate program for the age group we teaching in order to help them with their learning. Using technology in the classroom can help teachers to share with the parents the progress of the
