There is more than one side to the debate about technology usage in school. One claim is that cell phones should not be allowed in class. One reason cell phones should not be allowed in class is because of grades. Research on college students ages averaging 18 says that students who are on their phones in class will score an average of a letter grade and a half lower on a multiple choice test, than people who do not use their phones. Also kids who ted to spend more time online have a more likely chance than kids who do not to get cyberbullied (Freed).
