Why Should Abraham Lincoln Be Remembered?

Abraham Lincoln is a great person to remember for many reasons. He was the sixteenth president of the united states and was assassinated because he did things some people may have not agreed with. Lincoln did good things like freeing the slaves which if he had not who knows what it would be like today. He also inspired people like Martin Luther King Jr. to use him in his speech. That is why Abraham Lincoln should be remembered.

Abraham Lincoln is a person to remember and admire for many reasons. For example Abe freed the slaves which the south would not like so he had a good chance of people not voting for him again or even get assassinated. Abe was one of the little presidents who was assassinated because people do not like what they did as a president even though what Abe did was right.
