And if those images don’t move you into action find role models and mentors that you connect with that do.
By researching any of the success people that you find amazing you’ll find struggle and failure in their past. You’ll also find passion, determination, enthusiasm, and action.
You discover that they learned early on how to reset or reframe their inner thoughts and self-talk to be positive and pro-active.
When our inner thoughts are positive they make us more determined and better able to achieve the success in life that we desire and deserve. Start now and work at improving them until positive thoughts become second nature.
Determination is linked to your self-esteem. A low self-esteem creates pessimistic thinking, leads to depression, the feeling of helplessness and builds anxiety.
Someone with a greater self-esteem is more likely to set bolder goals. Invest more effort, time and persistence at reaching the goals they set for
