Some kids grew up fine with that,and other children struggled. Some teens feel that disrespecting people makes them look better as a person. Even though as reality hits, it doesn't. Disrespecting other people,big and small, makes others around you not want to be around you anymore. Children in the generation we live in today are losing respect for so many things. Including our bodies. We have normalized crop tops and short shorts. Generations ago you would never have seen a child my age wearing such provocative and inappropriate clothing. Yet we still do it. Girls and women are losing the little respect we have left of our bodies because of the people we have grown up around. Another example is how we speak to each other. In this day and age we use a lot of sarcasm to express how we feel. Some people find it okay, but others see it as a sign of disrespect. Which i could personally see it going both ways. It's an easy way to express how you are feeling at that very moment, but using it in the wrong context or towards the wrong person could have taken in a different
