According to the UNICEF estimates more than three million boys and girls below the age of 14 work in Pakistan. Three million kids is a big amount. People should not buy products from child labor use. There are many sources why people shouldn’t buy products from child labor and some of the reasons are it affects the child’s well being. Another reason is because the kids do adult work and they can get hurt but yet they would get very cheap pay from the hard work they do. Some people say we should buy products from child labor use because they worked hard to make it and that they risked their life to make the product. However people shouldn’t buy these products because that just shows you support child labor.

Some of these kids only get one dollar for a day of work. kids work in coal mines and regular mines all day and just get one dollar. Coal mines are very dangerous like who knows when a boulder could drop on someone and just crush the kid to death. They are in bad conditions and dangerous equipment. according to Naoki Tanaka he states, “two breaker boys fell into a coal chute and were smothered to death.” breaker boys sit on top of a conveyer belt that moves the coals and they have to sort out which are good coals and which are not. Also children work outside all day in the sun on cotton farms. Having to pick cotton all day can hurt their backs from henching over all day and some kids are barefoot so they can get splitters and other objects on the floor. according to Naoki tanaka he states, “A 1913 photograph shows three girls and a boy, ranging in the age from five to nine years, picking cotton in the sweltering heat of texas.” children skin is very sensitive because it is yet not fully grow.
