When it comes to survival many and most people will take whatever risk that is necessary for them to survive. In an act of survival people will go the great lengths and do things they wouldn’t normally do to survive. For example, say you're on a ship; and it starts to sink; and you being the captain, you're suppose to help them out and lead them to safety. Instead you take a lifeboat and secure your own safety. While everyone else is still on the ship.
After an act of survival the media is all over the person who survived they might make rude remarks or good remarks depending on your choices throughout the time period you was surviving.
