Why People Have 12 Hours

Who would want to work a whole 12 hours a day? Maybe for the money, yes. But for other things, I am not so sure about. In average you are awake through the day for 12 hours; so why spend all that time working? Ford seen an increase in his employees and profit, when limiting work days to eight hours a day. That goes to show that people actually want to work within that time frame. Now bumping it down to 6 hours a day, is a bit much. I am sure the employees would be ecstatic for that drastic change, but in the long run they are losing hours and that means money. A 12 hour day at work is almost impossible for most people to get through. They still have 12 hour shits, usually at massive factories. Those people do not even get time to think to theirselves. First they work all day; then as soon as it is time to get off. It`s straight to bed to sleep the other 12 hours off. My brother once worked for Goodyear, and let me tell you. I feel as if, taking four hours from the shift could boost up your employees energy and will to be there. Breaks in between may also help the employees energy. A will to be at your job is main key. Most employers work with you and your situation.In my opinion, I overrall think that eight hour shifts would work because you are still getting the hours you need and you have a will to work those
