Why People Don T Vote

Majority of the people who can vote are not interested in the elections and that is one major reason why they don't vote. My first reason would be, people don’t like the candidates that may be running for president. My second reason would be a lot of people are very lazy and a lot don’t see the purpose of voting. A lot of people that don’t see the point in voting are the same people that feel as their votes don’t count. One of the final reasons would be, people not caring about the votes, simply because the candidates are not talking about issues that may be important to them. Throughout my essay I will be going more into detail on why majority of the people are not interested in voting.
When there is an election there are two candidates that can be voted for to be elected for president. In a lot of situations a lot of people who are voting don’t like any of the candidates that can be voted for. The fact that a lot of individuals don’t care for the candidates causes people to not take the time to vote. In a form of a protest people rather sit home and not participate in the election. Those same people feel as though no matter if they vote or not they still will not get the result that they want. When there is an election happening, people that are not interested will be lazy about it, not make the effort to vote. People that are not interested just hurry up and leave so they can hurry up and do what they have to do. They wouldn’t care who would become the next president because they feel as though those candidates don’t care about them. One way to change people’s feelings on the thought that their votes don’t count is making their issues important in your race to be president. Those little people that are in poverty and struggling may feel as though they don’t have a voice, and what those people need from candidates are people that’s going to fight for their
