Why Nursing Career

Nursing has always been an idea lingering in the back of my mind ever since i was about 10 years old.it has always been a career i wwanted to follow. However because of my family background i have always been persuaded to follow a career in hvac, and nursing was really never mentioned as an option for me. After i graduated however things changed i did not want to pursue a career that i was not truly passionate about but I didn't want to invest in a career that I would I. The reason why i am pursuing a nursing career is because i want to help those in need. I also want to become a nurse to show my younger siblings that you can do anything you want, and that your gender or preference in sex does not define your career. You do not have to be a women to become a nurse, and you definitely do not have to be a man to fly a plane. …show more content…
An advantage over others following my career path. I say that because i now know someone, someone i can go to if i need help with advice. I could ask him to shed some light on a certain subject i might not be clear on. I could also ask him for personal advice if i ever need it to get a different view point of my problems because he's experienced what i'm just beginning to experience. That is the great thing about meeting new people. You get to know more about peoples cultures, their thoughts on certain things, their goals, you also get a different viewpoint on certain things. With that being said, that is another reason why i want to become a nurse because you meet plenty of new people everyday. You get to talk to your patience and get to know them a little better. You get to know who they are and where they've been. Being a nurse as an honorable career where people depend on you with the most important thing in everybody life, their health.
