Why Monsters Are Real

We all have known our share of childhood “monsters.” Familiar with the terrifying brute under the bed, the beast in the closet and the creature lurking in the dark? Most of us spent our young years fearing these imaginary creatures. ould monsters that seem so real- like the Yeti, Bigfoot, Nessie, and so countless more- actually be real? What about spirits and ghosts? This essay will tell you my personal opinion on the existence of monsters, why I believe people make up stories and why monsters are nothing but a mere myth. Research shows that there is two types of monsters, physical monsters and ghosts and spirits. My opinion is that physical monsters are only a legend. However, I do believe in ghosts and spirits. Although, I did not believe in them until I heard a touching story. A friend of my family was looking out her window, and she saw a small girl swinging on the swingset. She thought, “Oh, it’s the neighbor girl.”
She looked up again. The girl was gone. There was no possible way she could have vanished in the amount of time. Suddenly, it hit her. Sadly, this woman has had 5 miscarriages. She instantly knew it was the angel of one of her miscarried babies.

We believed in them as children, and some still believe. But, there is simply no reason to fear these monsters. Monster sightings are staged and nothing more than a maneuver. The iconic 1934 Loch Ness monster photo taken by Robert Wilson was proved to be a hoax. The so called sea serpent was nothing more than a toy submarine with a plastic head on top. With other monsters, the cases were similar. There was a yeti sighting in 2016 at a ski resort and it was proven to be a costume. Nowadays, you can purchase implements like costumes, bigfoot footprint shoes and special effects makeup to fake evidence of monsters.
