I believe minors should have access to use social media. To communicate with peers and be able to search information and also express themselves. Some may think people are not responsible enough to use social media. For, Instance adults may think minors are to childish or think they have no use through social media. Thing is, they show that it can be used for communication, schoolwork, and family. Not to overemphasize, but social media and websites have a purpose.
