Why Leadership Is Important

Being a leader is one of the most rewarding, satisfying and challenging roles you can have. I have learned firsthand the overall influence you can make and the ability you have to influence others while at the same time overcoming obstacles in pursuit of leadership.
Not everyone is going to agree with your methods. Finding the common ground is really important. In closing multiple points of view are highly necessary. I have had to figure out the best possible approach of handling a mission, while at the same time maintaining control and keeping everyone focused on the tasks at hand. You can never lose sight of the overall goal while dealing with a conflict. Approach is key when trying to find the best possible way of handling any given situation. You

After several warnings and multiple discussions he failed to make the necessary improvements so he was dealt with accordingly. As soldiers we are supposed to be dependable. Bad hygiene and personal care show a lack of importance. If you can't show importance in yourself and your appearance, then how are you to handle responsibility we work and live by ethics based on values? The success and we'll being of my soldiers are of the up most importance. There will always be consequences. I need to know that my soldiers understand that as much as I do.
As a Leader, I understand that all members of a team are important. Working hard while setting the example for my soldiers is something I take pride in. Taking g care of my team and being sensitive to their needs is a must. Just as I would expect my superiors. A sense of unity in the workplace makes it a lot easier for everyone to work. By making communication a priority between my soldiers and I. I have found that their eagerness to work greatly improves and accomplishing the mission becomes an easy task.
