• Share my vision with them – I will continuously ask everyone’s input, so that they see how I think and that we are all committed to work towards the result.
• Involve other people in Goal setting and Planning activities – encourage others to share their ideas, knowledge and insights to help making important decisions. Seeing that one of my weaknesses is that I struggle to delegate and pass on responsibility because I am always afraid that they won’t do it as good as I do. I am lately putting an effort in to always involve and share my thoughts and planning activities with my trio team.
