There are many murders that occur every year. People get killed for random and stupid reasons, for example, when an individual cheats on their partner. People need to find other solutions instead of killing someone. Murder is never okay in any situation because mentally unstable killers get the death penalty, no one has the right to take away another person’s life, it affects the whole family and community.
The death penalty doesn’t make the situation any better, because another person's life is also being taken. Mental illness causes people to do inhumane things, without them knowing.
