Children are children, not adults! Juveniles that are convicted of adult crimes should not be tried as adults. juveniles that are convicted of adult crimes should not be tried as adults because their brains aren’t fully developed. Second of all, alot of children are too young to grasp what is actually going to happen. a lot of juveniles are too young to know what the laws are. For all of these reasons, Juveniles who commit adult crimes should not be tried as adults.
First of all, Juveniles brains aren’t fully developed. A persons brain isn’t developed until they're in their mid 20’s, and the last part of the brain to develop is the part that deals with consequences. This means that when a juvenile breaks the law, they aren’t going to grasp
