Think about it this way , war is not justifiable . Would you stand by and watch while your family and country are being attacked by a formidable force to bodily and deadly harm ? Or would you fight back ? How could you fight back ? War is not justifiable to remember . Does this change your mind ? War is violent , although it can also at times be passive . It is described in many different ways . Most say you need to experience it to understand what it is , war can not truly be defined . War is what it is made , it is the tactics , the men and women lost , and the time period . War is always changing . The U.S. remained neutral , and the country was against going to war .
