The United States Constitution was originally designed so that people of any background could and would have an equal opportunity in the new country that they had created. Most of these beliefs and rights that are given to man, such as Life, Liberty, and The Pursuit of Happiness. Some of the rights have been outdated as the country grew over a couple hundred years. When The United States Constitution was created, it was used as a tool to make sure that the government they created would never be like the British government that they had recently escaped. The biggest thing that the Constitution was founded on is unalienable rights. These unalienable rights our rights that cannot be taken away. These rights are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit
