The description of what one is able to feel during the reach stage is a certain level of discomfort but excited as well because this step requires one to move themselves beyond their current circumstance all while practicing new thoughts. This is a place of discovery find something to say or do that moves will move the toxic thoughts in to positive thinking. This can be nurtured by reading and quoting scriptures.

The mind is the power of intellect emotions and if an able to power by the Holy Spirit he can help to make good choices that will positively change the body this super exceeds that includes the brain. Dr. leave contends that your mind is very powerful

According to Dr. Leaf thoughts are measurable and occupy mental “real estate.” Thoughts are also active because they grow and change with time. They also affect every decision, word, action that is made. We have the capacity to capturing rogue thoughts with our frontal lobes, and direct our attention to stop the negative thoughts and rewire healthy thinking into our brains.

What should be your goal in the reflection stage?

The goal in the reflection stage should be to have disciplined thinking. Although this can be difficult to master one must make the choice to reject negative thoughts. This includes thinking deeply to ensure that changes occur in the trajectory of one’s brain. By this meaning, focusing one thought, controlling your attention, being aware, integrating healthy thoughts and mentally rehearse the positive thought in the mind.

As Defined by Dr. Leaf the dirty dozen include twelve areas of toxic thinking. The “Dirty Dozen” are toxic all while impeding one’s body and mind. The Dirty Dozen, make up areas of life that are targeted by toxic thinking; this consist of toxic thoughts, toxic emotions, toxic words, toxic choices, toxic dreams, toxic seeds, toxic faith, toxic love, toxic touch, toxic seriousness, toxic health, and toxic schedules. It is Dr. Leaf’s belief that thoughts are like a tree with branches. The thoughts are the roots and they will produce a fruit, so when toxic roots are watered in the soil of fear it will produce toxic branches and toxic fruits that will manifest in one’s life. As the thoughts grow and become permanent, more branches grow and the connections become stronger.
