If you have ever texted or used your phone while driving you should be fined. Many people every day are on their phone while driving and that is bad. Cell phones are becoming a big problem while driving and it has to stop. It is dangerous and growing very fast. Drivers have a greater risk of a crash, and they contribute to more than Twelve percent of crashes.
