The reasons why Swift’s letter to Apple was effective is because in the beginning of the letter she does not start bashing the company the she is at a disagreement with. Swift instead praises and acknowledges how not only innovating the company is but also how they have created new ways for her to connect with her fans. Swift in a way is thanking Apple for what they have done so far and how she has benefited from partnering with the company.
