LONDON [AP] - Sherlock Holmes was a brilliant detective. He unraveled countless crimes that were too challenging for Scotland Yard to solve. He was responsible for deciphering the legendary “Scandal in Bohemia” as well as “A Study in Scarlet” and “The Hound of the Baskervilles”. He is well known for his intellect and unique behavior. Sadly this brilliant man died on December 20, 1914 at age 60. Sherlock died due to complications of a bullet wound and drug abuse interactions at the Royal London Hospital. He previously lived at 221B Baker Street, London.
