Elizabeth Tudor was a very intelligent child. First of all Elizabeth was born on September 7th, 1533 in Greenwich, England. Her parents were Anne Boleyn and Henry VIII. Her father, Henry VIII beheaded her real mother in 1536 because he believed that she was involved with treason and adultery and he married Jane Seymour (Elizabeth I and Her Court 15)In 1537 Jane had a son and died in childbirth his name was Edward (The Importance of Queen Elizabeth I 17). Later on her father married Katherine Parr who became close with Elizabeth and when her father died, Katherine took care of Elizabeth. One of her legacies were being known as someone her supported her people. Protestants wanted Elizabeth as their queen and when she was she combined the Catholics and Protestants, she also helped her people through rough times and made sure things were calm. One of the last legacies she left was providing her people with stability and consistency. Elizabeth ruled very long, she ruled for about 44 years and in those time she secured her place and made sure her people trusted her. Elizabeth’s clever mind helped navigate the nation through political and religious challenges. When she ruled the arts had a chance to grow with her support.
