Why Life Seems Hard
Many people think life is hard. But little do they know that they cause their life to be hard. Life should be easy: a person lives and dies. Everything else that person does is to just pass the time. They should not be making the passing time hard. Everyone has bad parts of their life, but you can make it better.
Why does it seem like life is so hard? That is the question everyone seems to ask. When a person has a bad day, they end up asking if their day was really that bad. When a few bad things happen to that person in a day-that does not mean their whole day has to be bad. They are really only making themselves have a bad day by thinking that everything is going wrong.

People who have bad attitudes make themselves have bad days. We blame the little things out of our controle for us having a bad day and they do things that they really do not have to do that make their life harder (Swindall 5, 9, 10, and 11). People are hard to deal with: they do not need to take that our on themselves or anyone else. But they never need to blame people for making them have a bad day. Making time for themself can help them relieve themself from anxiety and depression (Familyshare.com 1). If they take time for themself by working out/jogging/walking this can help improve their physical health (Familyshare.com 2). They can take regular breaks from their job so they can refresh their mind and remember to be positive (Familyshare.com 6). Making time for themself can help clear and refresh their mind. They can take time to reflect on their life to increases their happiness (Familyshare.com 5). Remember they can not be good to anyone unless they are good to them self first. Being a control freak will not help. What happens happens, it is their job to know what to do after the situation happens, which is why they need to take time for themselves, because they become more creative when they have time to themself, so they will be more creative in this
