You won't believe it when I tell you. I absolutely enjoy Jamaican cuisine and there are dozens of Jamaican fast food establishments all over Toronto, Mississauga, and Brampton that I patronize; however, there is one restaurant that I enjoy more than all the others. The reason, their food is exceptionally more tastee than all the rest. As a matter of fact it is so tastee that you feel like licking your fingers while the dinner is being eaten.
The big turn off ? The wait time for getting the food. The lines are usually long since other people feel the same way about the food as I do. I hate long lines especially when hunger is involved. But, I usually end up in the line a few months later. Consequently, on each occasion I ask myself why I came back again? One may ask if the food is prepared from scratch? Or another question is Could they be preparing food for the previous customers? As a matter of fact, if the line is long they are most probably preparing the previous customer’s food. However, in order to answer the first question, additional information needs to be shared on Jamaican fast food cuisine.
You see, in Jamaican fast food cuisine, the menu usually contains chicken, beef, goat, pork, and fish. With this being said, the meats are usually slow cooked in seasoned sauces for many hours; however, If a customer orders fish, there isn’t a lengthy cooking process; In fact, fish is the only dish that is made to order, with their meats and side dishes being cooked in advance.
