We want to we want to respect confidential information shared by colleagues within the course of their professional relationship and transaction. Which means that we want to we want to make sure that all colleagues understand and respect confidentiality and exceptions relate to it. Another example I like to use for this factor is my experience working in McDonalds. With McDonald’s being a very multi-tasking work environment, and can at times be difficult to work with the employees when there are be rude to that fact that I wasn’t being diligent with my work even though I was giving 100% working at McDonalds, but I learn for that experience that we as social worker should be more eager to work with collogues show that we can build a stronger, and trustworthy relationship with their …show more content…
The reason why I decided to become a social worker it’s because I see it in a way of helping those in need. I also want to be a youth worker within the social work field. I have a huge heart for the youth in this society, and ask youth, I’d experienced a lot of help and support from individuals who gave me advice to how to become a man in the near future. I personally feel that one of the key strengths that I personally feel that one of the key strengths that I can bring to this field is my service. I love and enjoy serving in any way that I can serve. I enjoy serving within the Christian group that I am in, I enjoy serving and Soup Kitchen and homeless shelters, and I specially love serving with my former youth group. Another reason why I say that this is my screen is because it’s also ties with one of the key values of ethnic principle which is service. Primary goal as such workers as it says in the NASW Code of Ethics, that our primary goal as social workers is to help people in need and to address social problems. Another value I will bring that is compatible with NASW Code of Ethics, is integrity. I believe in trust and that as a social worker I will want to have my client feel like they could trust me to listen to their problems, to not judge them, or tell others what’s going on them. I want to also so that I’m honest with my clients to build that trust with them, and to be honest to myself to know my limit
