Why is it important for Companies and Individuals to Practice Professional communications?

Many companies use many ways to communicate, some more effective than others. I think that in person, email, or phone are the best options to communicate. I am going to discuss in detail why I believe these are the best methods of communication. Some we may use more for business and some we use more individually, but in all these to me are the most effective. It is important for companies to practice professional communication.
In person I believe in person is the best way to communicate. In person, helps to eliminate any miss-communication. Communication in person, helps the company or organization, make there employees feel more like they care and gives them better reputation with there employees. Companies can use phone to communicate information to a smaller group of people. This way no information is left off and any questions anyone may have can also ask at that time. I believe is an effective way for communication individually. There may be times it can pit fall, like bad service, calls dropping, or simply the person not being available. Overall, I believe is good method of communication for a company and very popular now days. In conclusion, communication is a broad subject and in todays technology there are many ways to communicate. I believe in person, email, and phone, are the best ways to effectively reach you audience, and get the information out there. In person, you can eliminate any miss-communication. Email reaches bigger crowds in a timely manner, and by phone, you can communicate with smaller groups of people at one time.
