Why Is It Important To Encompass Belmont's Values?

Integrity, Inquiry, Collaboration, Service, and Humility. These five virtues that encompass Belmont’s Values are not only quintessential to adherence of my Christian faith, they are the monoliths of being an exceptional human being. Furthermore, these values have been at the core of my being due to my mother’s strong sense of faith. I was raised to always do my work, in a personal or professional manner, as if I was working for God. This has always given me a strong sense of service and duty no matter what the circumstances were for any given job. Consequently, this commitment to God makes me want to be collaborate with others of a similar viewpoint, which is one of the main reasons I am applying for this job.
