It is a high honor to be a Peak performer because they are focused and understand their abilities in the classroom. Peak performers have a good attitude, they are very discipline and goal orientated when it comes to work. It is important that if I identify short comings while completing my studies I will fix them. When I began this journey to go back to school to obtain a degree, I was very optimistic and really didn’t know what to expect. It was a hard decision because I haven’t been in school in decades and again I was comfortable with what I was currently doing. I have taken some courses to better myself in the military and Law Enforcement. But since I have started here at Bethel University there have been so many helpful people here who
