Why Is It Better To Eat Jellyfish?

Jelly fish are harvested in coastal regions. The two nations that costume jellyfish the most are the Chinese and Japanese. They are known to be salty and obviously quite chewy. You are more likely to them being eaten as a complementary to meals such as an ingredient is a salad. Similar to other foods in their respective cultures they prefer to eat them raw. I would assume jelly fish are very sustainable fishery as they can be located in various oceans, although they can not be relied upon for daily nutrition needs. It’s hard for me to accept eating Jellyfish but the slimy texture would provide a very unique experience.
