Being in a committed relationship creates a sense of belonging and the devotion and loyalty associated with such relationships tend to facilitate feelings of stability and security
Although there is a numerous amount of reasons behind why one cheats, there are a few main reasons. The lack of sexual satisfaction in one’s relationship is a leading factor behind cheating. Other main factors include the desire for additional sexual encounters, and the lack of emotional satisfaction. Infidelity causes trust issues, a bad reputation, and problems within one’s family. Many people in relationships experience these hardships and they are greatly affected by these struggles.
