Why Is Iggy Lee's Ability To Sing

Once I was watching ‘’The Voice’’ and this girl is up stage to sing. She was little, and seemed to be really nervous about it and she was carrying a little teddy bear on her pocket. Right away I was like ‘’oh she’s too nervous which will make her sing bad and get disqualified’’. As she was getting ready I was leaving the room because I ‘’knew’’ what was going to happen. When I’m on the hallway she starts to sing a really hard song but she completely hits every note so well and I turned around and run to my room to check if that’s her and she was, and all the judges turned their chairs which I wasn’t expecting. In this situation I judged the girl’s ability to sing just because of how she was so nervous about it and she was little. This is like Loretta Lee, Iggy Lee, Max and Killer Kane from ‘’Freak the Mighty’’ by Rodman Philbrick that at first they are different but throughout …show more content…
That’s why we have to know the person deep down before we make assumptions of how they are.

The character Iggy Lee is first described as “big hairy dude in the doorway, he’s got a huge beer gut and these giant arms all covered with blue tattoos and he’s got a beard that looks like it’s made out of red barbed wire.’’ If we were to judge him solely on his appearance, we might assume that he is a serious and he is intimidating man. In fact, when we first see him he acts like how he looks and the evidence on a scene where Max and Freak go to their house shows it, “he reaches up and pokes me in the chest hard enough to make me catch my breath.’’ This show us that he is rude. Iggy Lee also acts mean to them while the are returning Loretta’s purse. The evidence is ‘’ reaches out and he flicks his fingers at Freak’s nose, whack. I can tell it hurts, but Freak
