In the article, “I conclude that if cloning is morally wrong, it could only be because of present or potential harm imposed on the person cloned, on women who might participate in the procedure or on society generally. (217). David Elliot believes that there is nothing wrong with cloning besides the harmful effects. This is a great article and I am going to use it for my opposing view in my paper. This article has a lot of great information and facts that support it. I really reading this article.

Havstad provides information from multiple perspectives. After reading all of the negative promotions, my opinion on human reproductive cloning maintained the same. Joyce C. Havstad gives many opinions that I personally agreed with throughout the article. She did not do a great job on providing positive information about human reproductive cloning throughout the debate. She suggested that people should have reproductive freedom, but she wrote so many negative things about human reproductive cloning. Overall, this was a well-written article and I enjoyed reading it. I plan to use it in my paper to demonstrate why cloning is unethical.
