I recognise that I have been too young to attend rallies like I would’ve liked to, or to publish essays on the wage gap, but by doing all I can in my position, a change, however small, is being made for the better. By correcting people who use harmful phrases, whether they be my classmates or my own parents, the perpetuation of negative stereotypes is lessened. By advocating for equality of dress codes in school, or putting up flyers advocating for acceptance, I never let important issues slip out of my frame of vision. I propose that if we all follow such ideas, by making an impact where we can, a move towards equality will come soon
