Why Is Helen Keller A Hero

In the world today, people with physical or mental impairments have amazing opportunities to live their life to it’s fullest because of Helen Keller. Helen keller, in 1882 became deaf and blind at the age of 2. Becoming a deaf and blind woman only encouraged her to do more of the things she wanted to do. The reason I think she is a hero is because she did not give up even if she had some major disadvantages, doing that gives hope to other kids or adults that are mentally or physically
