He immediately thought of the idea after he talked to his father’s ghost without thinking of the repercussions it could have "I perchance hereafter shall think meet / To put an antic disposition on" (67). The more attention faced towards Hamlet the harder it would be for him commit the murder. For example, after Claudius and Gertrude noticed Hamlet’s odd behavior they sent Guildenstern and Rosencrantz to watch after him. Claudius also sent Polonius to eavesdrop on Hamlet because he knew that Hamlet figured out that he was the murderer. It was not wise for Hamlet to create the play recreating the murder because it allowed Claudius to get one step ahead of him. Now that Claudius knew he could prevent Hamlet from whatever plan he created which was the problem Hamlet did not have a for sure plan to kill Claudius. Hamlet could have took his time to formulate a plan instead of acting quickly and un-decisively. However, if Hamlet was to never to create to the play he would have never known if Claudius was true

Having just lost his father to poisoning by his own uncle Claudius, Hamlet seeks out to avenge his death by almost any means necessary. Having been raised as nobility, he is very well trained with education and he is, perhaps, the most intelligent and cautious person in this play. While Hamlet is very smart and extensively plans his revenge on his uncle and he succeeds, he still manages to get almost everyone important in the castle at Elsinore killed. There is more than one flaw that brought the fall of Denmark, but the biggest one is Hamlet’s hesitation to kill Claudius, which results in the death of most around him.…

This shows that many are frequently influenced by the voice in our head that tells us to do something even when we know we should not. Although Hamlet was convinced he must retaliate against his father’s death, he insisted on gaining proof before killing Claudius due to Horatio’s belief that the ghost was an evil spirit, “Which might deprive your sovereignty of reason / and draw you into madness? Think of it” (1.4.76-77). Hamlet did not want the people of Denmark to believe that he was so evil to be plotting to kill his stepdad with his proof coming from a dead soul.…
