With 100% freedom of speech, we can have people ranting and dealing with threats, slander, nationalist, and homophobic views and without any repercussions. People have the right to state their opinion, only when their speech negatively affects the audience, the freedom of speech would not protect them. For example, if a person says they hate the gay community, it’s okay. If the person screams, cries, and shouts using profanity on how unethical the gay community is, it is still okay. If the person screams and curses, while spreading slanderous information, and insist on killing all the gays; this is where the line is drawn and becomes a crime.
