Not having a relationship with God makes us not know or understand our purpose in this world. So, if a person says that there is no need for God because science reveal something about the universe that we are living in is sad. Especially now that we do not have a great relationship with God is the time that we need Him to be a part of our daily lives, and put trust in science will not restore our relationship with God. After feeling sad that there is people who do not believe in Christianity because of science, I think this statement is a wakeup call to all Christians. Meaning that we need to take the responsibility and educated other about believing in God. I will first tell her that I am also in the science major and that every time I learn something new like the different synaptic signals that take place in the neuron, I am amazed by the wondrous things that God created in us. This makes me worship Him even more. I will add, as A Meaningful World says that “the cell is integrated, complex whole within which DNA as DNA can function… Its function requires untold layers of complexity that DNA itself does not provide” (Wiker & Witt, 43). Looking at this quote, we are told that even with all the biological events that science has revealed to us, there is still more information that we do not know yet.
