It could be that Jung’s study is both modern and a timeless idea, where we will see it throughout the media for all time. Jung’s study will be portrayed by all great directors, who will add depth to our own understanding of the human psyche and allow a deeper understanding of Jung’s Great studies. I have found through my own study of all the films I have discussed in this report, and my personal study of Carl Jung’s theories, that I now have a deeper understanding of my own psyche and how complicated the human mind really is. However one problem that has arisen for myself, is that I can no longer enjoy a movie as i use to. I now find myself jumping to conclusions of how the director portrayed the protagonist through a Jungian light, and what range of film techniques this directored used to portrays this idea. I believe this idea to be timeless as, although it may only be a theory, behind all great theories there must always been an aspect of truth. I believe that al of the directors of these films also saw this, and as the great artists they are, they feel obliged to share Jung’s great knowledge with the world through subtle hints throughout their great
