Is Online Dating Harmful or Beneficial? Is dating online harmful to people that use dating sites? Or is it beneficial to people that are looking for new relationships?. Online dating is looking for relationships with others through the internet. Actually, online dating is harmful as it leads to false profiling, predators/pedophiles, and addiction proving that online dating is a dangerous way of meeting people. This system can go from meeting someone from the computer to meeting them in real life.

Nowadays everyone can just make a fake profile and just pretend to be someone else. It is that easy to make fake profiles
