He voiced my outrage.
Right now in America, conservatives have power, and liberals are fighting not only our policies but the very legitimacy of our right to govern. It's almost as if they cannot believe that any fair or wise electoral system could ever allow for conservatism to hold power. Why is that? Because in their eyes conservatism is inherently wrong. This stems from an arrogance in their beliefs, a supreme arrogance that was founded in having unlimited, monarchical power for 8 years without ever having to experience a dissenting voice.
Now that conservatives are in power, all human civil rights are in danger! Or at least, the ones that liberals manufactured for themselves in the last 8 years. And that's what bothers me more than anything; it's the arrogance in their beliefs and moral superiority. They think their wisdom is far superior to ours, but their “tolerance” extends only to the next available voting bloc. This liberal dogmatism is so prevalent that it disgusts me to the point that I can't tell if I want to throw up, sulk, or take up
