The foundation for Cleopatra’s skill started as child, where she got her advanced education. She studied Greek literature, geography, history, math, philosophy, art, science, etc… Cleopatra also spoke eight other languages, including the language of her own people. This displays the intellectual basis she received, which helped mold her into a great leader.
