Why Is Chivalry Important Today?

Imagine living in a society where no problems occur. No war or famine. All opinions are accepted as well as gender and skin colour. A society in which everyone is willing to contribute without complaining or expecting a favour in return. A society in which no one is considered a scapegoat and people begin to accept and fix their mistakes. Sadly, this is not the society that any of us live in today, and these goals are not attainable. These are all reasons for why the Code of Chivalry should be reintroduced to the world we live in today. A key factor for why Chivalry is needed today is a rule in the code that seems to have almost completely perished: There is a general lack of disrespect. A topic that revolves around courage is bullying, and the effects it has. Bullying can spawn from a single person, but usually starts from the entire environment, that the victim is present in. One article written by the user ninapaniena quotes, “I think that bullying is making us a bad nation. In childhood your mind is greatly affected by your environment. A bully-enriched environment, would make us a violent and angry nation with tomorrow’s leaders.
