Picture this, it’s a lovely Friday night and you decide to attend your school varsity football game. You walk along the bleachers and see the cheerleaders cheering on their team, you think nothing of it. But when the question arises whether or not cheerleading is a sport, you think of the cheerleaders on the sidelines, but don’t look at it competitively.
