Activists are demanding to reduce the use of animals in experimentation. Protesters are attacking biomedical scientists rather than those who provides food or clothing. Ingrid Newkrik who is a national director of People for Ethical Treatment of Animals declares that six million Jews died in concentration camps, but six billion broiler chickens will die this year in slaughterhouses. Every year the cost of animals to use for experimenting goes up. Animal testing has first been used in 1242, a man named Ibn al-Nafis provided accurate descriptions of the circulation of blood in mammals.
