On the other hand when an individual sees or hears the word America, the first thought that comes to mind is "freedom". It screams freedom and equality, but let's take a quick look at the Bill Of Rights (The first ten amendments to the constitution). Just to go through a few; Amendment 1: states we as citizens have the freedom of speech. Amendment 2: The right of the people to keep and bear arms. Amendment 4: The right of the people to be secure in their houses; unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated, and lastly Amendment 8: Excessive bails, excessive fines imposed, cruel and unusual punishments all shall not be inflicted. Everyday these rights are being violated in America. Cops are walking into houses without probable cause. Police brutality is at an all time high, and to top it off judges are dishing out excessive punishments for minor crimes. Being a minority in America can be a little frustrating. We are all suppose to be treated equally in any setting, especially in the activity and work category. For example I personally have a lot of responsibilities at
