Why Is Abortion Wrong

A surprising fact about abortion is that the abortion rate in Asia is nearly twice that of the United States. Abortion is the deliberate termination of a human pregnancy, most often performed during the first twenty eight weeks of pregnancy. Either you’re with it or you’re not, it still exists and it been going on since the nineteenth century. Of course technology has evolved since then, and it’s much safer now to perform such a procedure. 44 percent of all Americans are pro life, fifty percent are pro choice, and the remaining five percent are undetermined. I, as a female don’t necessarily think that abortion is wrong. I feel like the resources and the privileges of getting an abortion is definitely being abused no doubt. The general public have caused more problems for women trying to receive an abortion. Why should we judge what a woman does with her body? We shouldn’t have to debate about whether this is legal or illegal, because chances are some women have good reasoning for aborting a fetus. I claim that abortion in some circumstances is not wrong. Abortion is anti-choice, because it contradicts the basic fundamentals of human life. That fetus who would later become a baby is an innocent being.
